REFUND POLICY

When bringing cutting-edge, quality  and relevant training across the country not only takes a lot of administrative time, but also has significant costs associated with it. The time and commitment that it takes to gain both the skill and knowledge to have the ability to develop and teach these courses takes an instructor decades. 

Critical Defense requires ALL students to provide at least 14 days in advance of the first day of class to receive a 90% refund. Classes canceled less than 6 days before the class will not be refunded.
